Every domain name must have at least two DNS servers, known as domain name servers. These nameservers are set during the registration process of the domain. Currently, this domain is set to use MKhost’s default nameservers: dns1.mk-host.mk and dns2.mk-host.mk
If you want to change the main DNS servers of this domain, please log in to the customer’s Portal panel and navigate to the “Domains” link from the menu, then choose your domain name you wan to update the DNS servers for and click on “SETTINGS” or “Manage Nameservers”.
Every time a new domain is registered through MKhost, the domain owner gets free access to manage its DNS zone file, meaning the owner has control over all DNS records of the domain name. We need this feature when is required to point the domain to another server, for example with changing the type A zone record type to an particular IP address, of if we want to update our MX email servers to point the delivery of our email addresses.
All of this can be done through the DNS zone feature provided with your domain. You can update your domain name’s DNS zone records with logging to customer’s Portal panel and navigate to the “Domains” link from the menu, then choose ZONE file option.
